This "prospectus" provides an outline of life at Kgaswe School and the Principal is always available answer questions and to show prospective parents around the school.

A provisional place can be reserved by completing the registration form and enclosing the non-refundable registration fee. Applicants will then be contacted to arrange a date for admission testing.

Kgaswe School fees for 2010

Please note that statements are issued at every month end during term time and sent home with the children. Please scrutinise them for errors. The onus is on parents to ensure that school fees are up to date.

a)	Registration Fee	P.100.00 per pupil on registration with the school. Non refundable.
b)	Development Fee	High school P.3000.00 - Primary School P.1000.00 per pupil payable on admission to the school. Non refundable. (Reductions for second and third children enrolled - Pupils transferring from Kgaswe Primary to Kgaswe High do not pay the High School development fee.)
c)	Nursery Fees	P.968.00 per term

School fees are stricly due in advance on the first day of each term for the whole term.
We have three payment options available. Payment options are available for D), E), F), G) and H) only and are detailed below:

Option 1

Pay fees as above for the whole term - 50% due by the first day of term and the balance bu the end of the first month of term.

Option 2

Monthly payments by debit order over 11 months - These are stricly due on the last working day of each month - commencing with the first payment in January 2010 and for the 10 month thereafter. These can be by 11 pay roll deductions by arrangement with your company i.e.

Std 00	No facility for part payments - must be paid in full termly.
Std 0	pay eleven payments of - P.558.00
Std 1	pay eleven payments of - P.1209.00
Std 2 to 7	pay eleven payments of - P.1503.00
Form 1 & 2	pay eleven payments of - P.1860.00
From 3 & 4	pay eleven payments of - P.2025.00
Form 6	pay eleven payments of - P.2182.00

Option 3

Pay the year’s fees in advance (by 1st week of term) and receive a discount - enquire with the accounts office.

Families with more than one child receive a discount - Each child attracts a discount of P.800.00 per term if they are in Std 2 or above. No discount is offered for children in classes below Std 2 as these classes are already discounted.
